Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using The New Universe website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
The New Universe provides information technology services including mobile app development, web development, UI/UX design, AI solutions, VR technologies, game development, and systems analysis. Service details, deliverables, and timelines are defined in individual project agreements.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of all deliverables created specifically for their project. The New Universe retains ownership of pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies used during development. Portfolio rights to display the work remain with The New Universe unless otherwise agreed.
4. Payment Terms
Payment schedules are defined in individual project contracts. Standard terms require a deposit before work begins. Late payments may result in work suspension. All prices are in Saudi Riyals (SAR) unless otherwise stated.
5. Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential. We will not disclose your project details, business information, or data to third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.
6. Limitation of Liability
The New Universe's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
7. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hafr Al Batin, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
